This is a ritual I have been performing at least weekly, that I have adapted for use for those who do not have regular access to a V.
I have abbreviated where necessary to keep this knowledge within the sphere of those senior members who have been Advanced to the appropriate Grade. For junior members who have not had communicated to them the meaning of the abbreviation R.R. et A.C., please forgive my discretion, and I ask you to move on for the time being.

Locate an Altar in the centre of a private room, and a straight backed seat in the West.
Place on the Altar an incense stick, candle, and an appropriate prayer written on paper (unless you commit it to memory). You will find many appropriate verses to use in the Ceremony of your current Grade.
Wearing your regalia, stand in the centre of your space. Commence (as with all operations) the Four Fold Breath and Q. Cross, Laying down L.W. on the Altar and taking up the incense stick, perform R.C. Ritual.
Lay down incense and take up L.W. and stand in Cross.
Imaging a Veil across the East in the rainbow colours, pronounce as taught the T. of U. Names etc, give 5=6 Sign and imagine the Veil parting.
Light candle.
Take up your prayer, move East and kneel on one knee, bow your head and raise A. above head in adoration and say your prayer from the heart.
Stand and face West and perform L.V.X. and bring down D.W.B.
Proceed to your seat clockwise and commence an appropriate meditation.
On completion, rise firmly with purpose, stand West of your Altar, raise your L.W. on high and attract the D.W.B. to it, circumambulate clockwise around the eastern portion of your space with L.W. still held high, then cross over at your Altar and continue anticlockwise around the western portion of your space, actively disseminating the D.W.B. out to your fellow fraters and sorores, to other seekers already on the path, to neophytes awaiting at the gateway, and to the profane, to all life and the universe at large. May the Veil of ignorance and darkness part but for an instant. Sic Vos Non Vobis – Thus do we, not for ourselves.
Proceed to the East facing East, give 5=6 Sign, dismiss your Veil.
Stand West of your Altar and extinguish candle with fingers/candle snuffer (never blow a candle out – breath is evidence of Life, not Death!) and complete the ritual with Q Cross, and disrobe.

If you do have access to a V., then the bringing down of the D.W.B. occurs in the East of the V. The prayer is done at the foot of the P. When doing the circumambulations (in essence a figure of 8 or rather symbol for infinity) the point where you commence/cross from clockwise to anti-clockwise occurs at the entrance to the V.
If you are of 6=5 or higher, you should actively feel the presence of the S. when performing your prayer. Attempt to smell a sweet fragrance as you do so.
