Is the Obligation magical, or just a formality?
If the Obligation is not magical, what about the rest of the Order’s corpus of material?
Are Higher Forces real, or not?
If they are real, how would they view the breaking of the magical Obligation?
Can we pick and choose as we like, believing Higher Forces to exist, and that the Order is magical, yet giving lip service to the Obligation?
A series of rhetorical questions.
My advice to all members of the Order, regardless of the name it goes by, is to treat the Obligation of utmost importance. Let it be the blueprint and roadmap for your approach to the Mysteries. This is it’s purpose.
